Yes www.myreeftest.com is absolutely FREE! We may have a premium account feature in the future!

How do i configure my account?

You can configure your account settings from the "My Settings" button found in the top navigation bar.

How do i add my test results?

You can start adding test results straight away by clicking "My Results" in the top navigation bar and selecting the option "add results"

Can i share my results?

Yes your results can be shared to others, by using the '' icon found in the testresults pages, this will popup a screen where you can copy the URL in the box provided, you can then send this URL to friends, post on facebook or paste on your help forums for others to view and comment.

Can i backdate my test results?

When adding or editing a set of results the date box automatically selects todays date, this can be changed by clicking the '' calendar icon found by any date box across the website.

What if i forget my password?

You can use the 'Forgot Password' tool found on the login page or click here.

How do i contact you?

You can contact us by using the contact page link found in the main header of this website or clicking here for a direct link.

How will Myreeftests.com help me improve my tank?

By storing all your valuable data, you can evaluate all your readings and see trends in how your water parameters behave over a period of time, with this in mind you can adapt how you look after your water quality to bring levels into acceptable levels.

Is my data safe and secure?

All data is securely encrypted using web standard encryption techniques, these outlined techniques are the most effective way of securing all data, including MD5 encrypted passwords we also use various other techniques to encrypt data. We also keep offline backups of any data incase of a server crash.

What do you do with my results and information?

We do not use or re-distribute ANY data we hold without the permission of the user, NO information requested will be sent to any individual, we will also never ask you for your information via email, SMS, or other method. Information will be sent to government agencies if formally requested.

Do you accept dontations?

Yes we accept all donations to the site via paypal, pleave visit your settings page to find the links to enable you to make a donation. All Donations will be returned into the site to pay for domain and Server fees.
